Combat Fitness Group Classes
There is nothing like being combat fit! It takes your strength and endurance to a new level while shedding kilos along the way.
Join our HIIT combat fitness action-packed group classes and kick, box, elbow strike, ground and pound your way to fitness!
Mondays: 6.45pm - 7.30pm
Wednesdays: 6.45pm - 7.15pm
Registration is super-easy! You simply enrol online.
Please don't be daunted if you are currently unfit. Many of our students start this way, having done little or no exercise at all for years. We gradually build your fitness so don't let this be a deterrent! And you will be so busy training with your team that you won't notice how hard you are working!
On the other hand, if you are an extremely fit athlete please be assured that you will be very challenged and walk out of every class having worked hard!
If you have enrolled for the Beginner Krav Maga Course for Adults, you have automatic access to the Combat Fitness Classes.
However, if your goal is simply weight loss and fitness, and would like to enrol for Combat Fitness ONLY, without the Krav Maga component, this is for you!
